Quantitative Strategy Associate Internship

The Mission

We are a private family office managing internal capital across multiple asset classes. We are currently optimizing our proprietary execution and audit layer to better address "Strategic Drift" and alpha decay. You will work directly with the founder to refine our live Common Stock strategies and lead the ground-floor development of our brand-new Forex and Crypto modeling arms.

The Work

• Equity Strategy Audit: Review live common stock models to identify performance gaps and mathematical drift. You’ll help modify existing logic to align with current market regimes.
• Multi-Asset Development: You will be responsible for the research and foundational modeling of our new FX and Crypto wings - building, testing, and iterating on brand-new strategies.
• Custom Backtesting: Utilize our proprietary backtesting infrastructure to validate models against slippage, liquidity constraints, and asset-specific fees.
• Live Market Deployment: This is not a theoretical exercise. Proven models will be prepared for live deployment into the markets.

Who You Are

• Mathematically Rigorous: You have a deep understanding of expectancy, variance, and R-multiple distributions.
• Technical Proficiency: Some degree of comfort level with Python, SQL, Docker is a distinct advantage.
• Market-Agnostic: You understand that an "edge" is a mathematical property that can be translated across Equities, FX, and Crypto.
• High Agency: You are capable of taking a high-level thesis and independently building the proof-of-concept without needing a manual.
