The Role
@ForensicQuant is a fast-growing trading-content channel behind a fintech startup. We livestream real trading and market analysis every weekday and repurpose the best moments into short-form video. You'll own the cut: take each day's stream + a list of flagged clips and turn them into Shorts that actually retain and get distributed. This is a daily-cadence, in-the-weeds creative role — perfect if you live and breathe hooks and retention curves.
What You'll Be Doing
- Daily Shorts: Turn the day's livestream + flagged clips into 2–3 polished vertical Shorts (1080×1920).
- Hooks & Retention: Nail the first 1.5 seconds, add clean captions, keep pacing tight — optimize for watch-through, not just looks.
- Formats & Series: Work our recurring series and pitch titles + which clips will pop.
- Reliable Cadence: We publish ~2/day, 7 days a week — consistent daily turnaround matters more than perfection.
Who You Are
- Fluent in short-form editing (CapCut / Premiere / DaVinci) and, above all, hook-writing.
- Ideally markets-literate so the hooks land with traders — not required if you learn fast.
- Fast, reliable, detail-oriented and comfortable with a daily rhythm.
- On-brand by instinct: educational and analytical — no hype, no "get rich" energy, no financial advice. Credibility is the brand.
